my spot

I'm not by any means a professional, but I'm making an attempt to have some fun and my idea of fun is making cakes and decorating them, or painting canvas. I found a great website that is full of ideas and now I've started to try to make stuff for my friends and family. This is my little corner of the internet to post some pics of what I've done so far and those sites full of ideas for future things to do

Needed some color

I saw a painting on line with some red trees in it and I've been dying to do a similar painting ever since, but wasn't sure about the red. Then I recovered my lamps with red - totally a gusty thing for me to do. Now I had an excuse to paint some red. I bought a canvas and I've been waiting a month to have time to paint.


Today I finally had some time to paint and here's the end result. Now I don't know if I want it in my livingroom LOL
